Confidential, Non-Judgmental Counseling Services

Individual Counseling
Address your individual concerns in private sessions with a qualified professional. All of our clinicians are open, supportive, non-judgmental and committed to helping you feel confident and safe in sharing your emotions, thoughts and problems. Our goal is to gain understanding of the underlying causes of your thoughts and emotions, and to teach you strategies to take control of your state of mind. We work with patients of all ages.

Couples Counseling
One of our counselors will listen to the concerns of you and your significant other, providing non-judgmental suggestions as to how you can work together to handle these issues and move forward. We work to help couples gain a deeper understanding of each other and the underlying issues between them, so we can work towards a happier, healthier relationship. We welcome every type of couple.

Family Counseling
During a family counseling session, usually at least two family members participate. During the session, a counselor discusses with the family both individual and shared concerns and issues. Whether a member of the family is struggling with behavioral problems, or the family is experiencing divorce, loss, or other major changes, we will work to improve communication and address the feelings among members of the family.

Group Counseling
Within our group counseling sessions, peer-appropriate groups will assist in psychoeducation, skills development, and processing. Groups work together to support each other as you gain deeper understanding of your own mental health and the mental health of others. All groups are confidential, and you will never be forced to share anything. You are allowed to share how much or how little you would like and to progress at your own pace.
